Exterior of Crow & Cart, a community bar in Eugene, Oregon

OUR STORY

Hello!

I’m Tina, the creator, and owner of C&C!

I love the opportunities bartending brings to connect with new people and do something nice for someone every day, and I’m so happy I get to run a bar that embodies those values.
After seeing the location where we would eventually set up shop, I knew I had the chance to do something special with Crow & Cart. While getting the supplies we needed to redesign the space was tough, we knew the extra steps were worth the effort. With the help of my husband, family, and friends we worked for months to style the area exactly how we wanted it.

As a 7th generation Oregonian I wanted to bring some of my family history and the “Oregon vibe” to the bar.  Everything you see in our bar was a handmade labor of love, from the woodworking to the decorations to the menu itself.

We’re always coming up with new drink recipes and working with vendors with organic produce so we can make drinks we’re excited to serve. I’ve always said I can make anything work, and getting Crow & Cart off the ground was no different.

One of my favorite things about running a bar is the sense of community it brings. I’ve met so many locals and business owners in the area that I wouldn’t have had the chance to without Crow & Cart. Those connections are also one of the best parts of opening a bar in the Whitaker neighborhood, where that sense of community is deeper than in most other areas. We get dozens of events like art walks and block parties coming through the area each year, all bringing in friendly faces I would have never come across without the bar.

I’m lucky that Crow & Cart has become a gathering spot for friends local to and visiting Eugene. And I hope you can stop in for a drink sometime soon and experience what we’ve built here!
